Tickets can be cancelled with or without refunds. Go to Event Dashboard>>Reports>>Individual Tickets or Event Dashboard>>Reports>>Ticket Purchases. Search for or select the ticket or purchase you need to cancel. Select Manage and then Start a Refund. Enter $0 or None in the refund amount fields and then select Cancel Ticket for each ticket you need to cancel. Then click Issue Refund.
