Requiring Personal Information from Donors

You can require donors to provide personal information with their donation. For example, you may want to know their address so you can mail them a thank you card or add them to your annual report mailing list. To choose what information is required, go to Event Dashboard>> Donations >> Donation Setup >> Personal Info Requirements.  You will see a list of fields, which you can designate as Required, Optional, or Not Shown.


Best Practice

In order to make the donation and purchase path more quick and streamlined, require the same information of ticket purchasers as you do of donors.
