To access a receipt for any of your donations or purchases through GiveSignup, you can login to your profile and scroll to the bottom of the page. At the bottom of the page, you will find My Transactions under Financial Links.
Here you will find a complete list of all your purchases and donations. Once you locate the transaction for which you would like a receipt for you can follow the link receipt under the transaction ID.
It will auto-generate this receipt, which you can print or save for your records.
If you are looking for a donation receipt for tax purposes, you will want to refer to the confirmation email for that particular donation. This email will contain all of the details of your donation including: date, amount, recurrence, tax information, and cart total including any fees that may have incurred. If you are looking to use this donation as a tax deductible item, you will want to take note of the number directly below the charity name under Tax Deductible Information. This will be the charity tax ID you will use to claim your charitable donations when you file taxes.
