Editing ticketholder information


If you collected per-ticket information, you can edit or update the information that ticket purchasers provided by clicking on Manage from the Ticket Purchase report.


Next, click Edit Ticket Information: 

You will see the information that has been provided for each ticket. All fields will show, even those that you did not require when you set up information collection. (If you did not collect per-ticket information, then all the ticket fields will be empty. )

You can edit the information provided and then save.


Editing question responses

If you asked any custom questions of people buying tickets, you can view and edit their responses.

Click on Edit Question Responses. You'll see any questions that were asked on the purchase level listed first under Ticket Purchase Question Responses. Editing this response changes it for the entire purchase.


You'll see responses to questions that were asked for each ticket listed under Question Responses for Each Ticket in the Purchase. You will see the ticket ID and the ticket holder name above the response, which will help you make sure you edit the correct one.
